Terms and Conditions

Last updated November 4, 2026

These terms cover your use of surviso.com and of any Surviso visualizer, including the ones that carry a business's own name and logo. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What Surviso provides

Surviso Visualizations show how a material might look in a photo you upload: a countertop, a set of cabinets or a floor. Businesses offer the tool to their customers through pages that run on Surviso. Surviso doesn't sell the materials you see there.

Your photo

  • You keep ownership of the photos you upload. By pressing Visualize, you give Surviso permission to process the photo, and to send it to our AI provider, for one purpose: creating your preview.
  • You confirm that you have the right to upload the photo and that it doesn't break the law or anyone else's rights.
  • Please don't upload photos of people, identity documents, or other personal or sensitive material.

How we handle the photo is explained in our Privacy Policy.

What a result is, and isn't

A visualization is an AI-generated illustration. Color, pattern, scale and finish can look different from the real material, because of lighting, your screen, and the limits of the AI. It is not a quote, a measurement, a design drawing or professional advice.

Always check your choice against a physical sample and proper measurements before you order. Surviso and the businesses that use it aren't responsible for a purchase made on the strength of a preview alone.

Using the service fairly

  • Don't try to get around the limits on how many visualizations you can run.
  • Don't use bots or scripts, or send requests faster than a person could.
  • Don't copy, scrape or reverse engineer the service, or try to reach data that isn't yours.
  • Don't upload anything unlawful, hateful or sexually explicit.

We may block access that looks like abuse.

Usage limits

Each browser session can create a limited number of visualizations: five by default, though Surviso may set a different number for a particular business. We can change these limits at any time. Attempts the AI refuses or that fail count toward the limit too. When you reach it, the tool tells you.

Businesses and their products

The products, prices and availability you see belong to the business offering them. Any purchase, quote or agreement is between you and that business, not Surviso. Surviso has no control over their products or how they run their business.

Who owns what

Surviso, its software, design and branding belong to Surviso. A business's name, logo and product images belong to that business. These terms give you no rights to either beyond using the service as intended.

You are free to use and share your own visualization results to plan your project, for instance with the business or a designer.

Availability

Surviso is provided as it is. The AI service can be busy, refuse an image or fail, and the tool may be offline for maintenance. We may change or withdraw features without notice.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Surviso isn't liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit or opportunity, arising from your use of the service or from relying on a visualization. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Ending access

We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms. You can stop using the service whenever you like.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and if you keep using the service after an update, you accept it.
